Chaplain (Pastor) Livinus Onyegbule, MSc., was born in Nigeria, West Africa. He was born again on February 15, 1996, and was trained by the Deeper Christian Life Ministry (DCLM) under the leadership of Pastor W. F. Kumuyi. He was raised in the Roman Catholic denomination and later associated with the Jehovah’s Witnesses before responding to God’s call to salvation and service.

He has served as pastor over several district churches of the DCLM in Imo State, Nigeria, and currently serves as an assistant pastor in a district church.
