If you have referrals who can’t afford the $10.00 annual donation and haven’t been sponsored before, you can email their required information to

As long as we receive an updated list of unsponsored Referrals from you, depending on the amount of our available sponsorship funds, we can sponsor some Referrals for you [from your list] each biweekly pay period, so you can earn some income each pay period.
Referral/Self-Time Interdependent Personnel (STIP) Enrollment
The form below enables you to enroll yourself using the STIP ID of the person who referred you. This form also enables a STIP to enroll up to seven Referrals at a time.
USPAS STIP Referral Income Earner System (RIES): How Each Enrolled STIP Earns Income
By God's grace, a successfully enrolled STIP Associate (STIP-A) can become a STIP Director [STIP-D] in two plans: (1) The Patron or Matron [Sponsor] Plan. (2) The Gradual [Bi-weekly payment] Plan.
Each plan enables the STIP Director to earn over $ 4,000.00 (Four Thousand U.S. Dollars) bi-weekly, which is almost double the amount the STIP Manager (STIP-M) is expected to earn.
